of course i use it myself too.
I recommend only proven systems to my readers. Either tested by me or somebody i trust.
This system works. It drives traffic to your site. The more people in each level, the more traffic you get.
But of course there are two issues:
1. You have to make people join. And the ones joined “under” you have to do the same.
2. Will your visitors really take a close look at it or whatever you have to offer
